Description: A bill to clarify the intent of Congress in adopting title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, to prohibit any educational institution which receives any federal assistance, direct or indirect, from discriminating on the basis of sex, to provide that federal departments and agencies may terminate or deny all federal financial assistance to any educational institution which discriminates on the basis of sex, and to protect women against sex discrimination by educational institutions receiving any form of federal financial assistance.
